Some Asshole decided it would be funny to cut up people's tires. All cars on the parking lot where I park my car had two tires cut up, only one 'lucky' bastard had the fortune of only having one tire cut up, so he could replace it and drive away. here in the states our lisence plates have a little expiration year sticker that we have to purchase from the State. Someone cut that thing off of my car a while back. Luckily we had an extra plate, but for some people, replacing that could cost near 赨 in some states.
