Servers for New Players

Anybody know where there might be some sort of serverage to let a newstart player go to so they don't get mauled constantly and lose faith in a game that's good once you're used to it?

Bots only do so much :)

The 2nd one is easier. Most of the time (in the day) it's full of newbs. Good place to go when you're feeling down :)

I only recently realised that the same thing was happening with me since I only had Jolt CTF servers in my favs :/.
