As of now only DR and cryco have signed up (Valk has but hasn't activated his account). The way it works is you sign up and are added to a random team. Looks like most of them are USA but I'm hoping people will be open enough to help schedule good play times and servers for Euro participation.

I wouldn't mind, but I've been pretty busy, and haven't really bothered.
